What is the return policy?
Our goal is total satisfaction with every object we make. If this isn’t the case, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Exceptions
Items marked as discounted, "Sale," or "Archive" are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

When will I get my order?
All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx and all international orders are shipped via Fedex or DHL.
The tracking number will be sent to the same email that you provided at checkout.
All packages are processed for shipping within 3-5 business days from confirmation of payment unless stated otherwise in the description (preorders might take longer).
Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of kevinleonel.com. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.
How much are the Shipping Rates & Duties ?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We recognize that customs and duty fees are considered a governmental matter. We cannot declare the value of a package as anything other than its retail value and we cannot legally mark your order as a gift. Additionally, we are not responsible for any additional customs and duty charges incurred for international order.
How do Pre-Orders work & Shipping timelines for Pre-Order items?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve pieces from an upcoming production run. These items are purchased in advance to secure your allocation.
Fulfillment timelines vary; please check the individual product page for the most accurate shipping estimate.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in New York and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

All products on kevinleonel.com are available for order and pre-order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.
kevinleonel.com may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.
